Bryan Shelangoski is a Senior Director for Greystar’s Student Living Property Management business. He oversees the on-campus Greystar assets, on-campus external assets, and off-campus external assets, while providing direct operational and fiscal oversight to an extensive set of internal and external assets across the country. Bryan also serves on the Executive Leadership team for the Student Living division.
Bryan's experience in student affairs and student housing began as a Resident Advisor at Iowa State University and continued as a Graduate Hall Director at St. Thomas University. Before transitioning to privatized student housing with EdR, he served in several professional capacities within student affairs and housing at various universities across the country. Bryan is a member of the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International and is a frequent speaker at industry events and panels.
Bryan received his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health and Human Performance from Iowa State. Bryan received his Master’s in Business Administration from St. Thomas University, and his master's in Higher Education from the University of Louisville. He is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
