BIOGRAPHY
Billy McGill is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management and leads the US Investment Debt Capital Markets team for acquisitions. Billy oversees the asset and portfolio level financing efforts for acquisitions and refinancing's across the US. He and his team manage a debt portfolio of over $12 B spread amongst over 40 lender relationships across the globe.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, Billy was the Director of Finance for Johnson Development Associates, a real estate development company located in Spartanburg, South Carolina and also a Director at Lincoln Financial Group in Greensboro, North Carolina where he specialized in asset level lending.
Billy received his bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Wofford College and earned a Master’s of science degree in Real Estate and Land Development from Texas A&M University.
