BIOGRAPHY
Billy McGill is a Managing Director at Greystar, where he leads the US Debt Capital Markets team across the investment management and development business. In this role, he oversees debt strategy, execution, and lender relationships supporting acquisitions and development across the United States. Billy and his team manage a portfolio of more than $20B across more than 150 lender relationships globally.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, Billy served as Director of Finance at Johnson Development Associates in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and a Director at Lincoln Financial Group in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he focused on asset-level lending.
Billy holds a Bachelor of Science in business and economics from Wofford College and a Master of Science in real estate and land development from Texas A&M University.
