Greystar Debuts New Website Focused on Seamless User Experience

CHARLESTON, SC – July 24, 2025 – Greystar, a Charleston-based global real estate firm, has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website. The new platform delivers an intuitive, feature-rich digital experience built around the needs of today’s renters, residents, and partners.

The redesign reflects Greystar’s commitment to setting a new standard for digital engagement in the residential sector, with a focus on ease, clarity, and exceptional service. 

The updated site features a mobile-first layout with simplified navigation. Users can quickly explore communities, access leasing information, and connect with support services. Whether on desktop or mobile, visitors can now find what they need faster and with greater clarity.

BUILT-IN TOOLS FOR BETTER DECISIONS 

A key feature of the new site is the integration of the TMLP (Total Monthly Leasing Price) Calculator, a proprietary tool that helps users estimate the total cost of living in any Greystar-managed home. By factoring in rent and other recurring costs, the calculator provides a more complete picture of affordability and helps renters plan with confidence. 

“This is more than a new interface. It reflects the next step in how we communicate value and build trust,” Eubanks added. “The Total Monthly Leasing Price Calculator goes beyond the industry’s typical base-rent listing to give renters a clearer view of total costs. We see this as a natural evolution in transparency and an opportunity to help move the industry forward."

A MORE VISUAL AND PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE

The website also introduces enhanced community pages that help prospective renters explore building features, layouts, and amenities. New search tools allow users to filter communities by commute time using various modes of transportation, offering a more personalized and practical way to find a home. Self-guided tour booking will be phased in following the initial rollout. 

Additional enhancements were designed to make every step of the user journey more responsive and personalized. The property search function is now smarter and more flexible, allowing for faster and more refined results. A new Renters Resources section will also provide helpful content, tips and tools to support informed decision-making throughout the rental experience.

The entire site benefits from faster load times and improved performance across mobile devices. Leasing information and customer support are now easier to access, ensuring a seamless digital experience from search to move-in.
