Greystar Closes and Breaks Ground on 720 Vandenburg

Philadelphia, PA – November 2, 2026 – Greystar, a global leader in rental housing, investment management, development, and property management, announced today the closing and groundbreaking of 720 Vandenburg in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, the team’s first self-perform wood-frame construction project in the Philadelphia region.

The 6.85-acre development site is located on Vandenburg Road in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, just miles from Philadelphia’s City Center. 720 Vandenburg provides connectivity to the Main Line and key employment centers throughout Montgomery and Chester counties. Residents will also benefit from proximity to the 2.9 million-square-foot King of Prussia Mall and the adjacent King of Prussia Town Center, offering an extensive selection of retail, dining and entertainment options.

“We are excited to break ground on 720 Vandenburg, Greystar’s fourth development in the Philadelphia region this year,” said George Hayward, Managing Director for Development at Greystar. “With its proximity to major employment centers, retail and entertainment destinations, the community is well positioned to meet demand for high-quality rental housing while offering residents the convenience and amenities that define modern suburban living.”

720 Vandenburg will be a 205-unit, five-story building with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. The development will also include a clubhouse, co-working space, fitness area, a resort-style pool with a grilling area, and a rooftop deck.

Construction is underway and completion is expected in the Fall of 2028.
