Greystar and Grand Peaks Announce Exclusive Strategic Partnership

Charleston, SC - September 3, 2025 - Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of residential real estate, today announced a strategic partnership with Grand Peaks, a Denver-based, privately held, and vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm. The agreement will add nearly 11,000 apartment homes across seven states to Greystar’s U.S. property management platform at closing.

Under the agreement, Greystar will manage the Grand Peaks communities, enabling the company to focus on its core strengths in development, investment, and asset management while delivering enhanced value to our residents and joint venture partners. By leveraging Greystar’s national platform, local market expertise, and operational capabilities, the partnership will strengthen Greystar’s presence in high-growth markets including Miami, Denver, Dallas–Fort Worth, Portland, Charlotte, Phoenix, and Seattle.
