Union Chapel Hill is a best-in-class student housing project located minutes from the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill, one of the highest barrier-to-entry markets in the student housing space. Making the transition to university life easy for all its residents, Union Chapel Hill prides itself on creating a community for students where moving into a new home and starting a new chapter has never been easier. Upon arrival, all apartments are internet and cable ready, modern appliances are installed, and furniture is all set up.

The project is a five-story, Type V-A building wrapping a large pre-cast parking deck. Resurrecting Union Chapel Hill involved the structuring of a complex ground lease transaction and close coordination with various municipal authorities to accommodate the short timeframe required of new construction for student housing.

Union Chapel Hill provides 850 beds of luxury student housing just steps from campus. The project features approximately 18,000 square feet of amenity space, including a large fitness facility, various study rooms, a central pool courtyard, and a large outdoor volleyball courtyard.
