US Suppliers

For consideration in the US, suppliers must have an “Approved” status with our compliance program in order to provide goods
and services to Greystar communities. Please review our new supplier packet for more information.

Invoicing Requirements

Suppliers may be required to provide invoicing online through OpsTechnology, an electronic procurement and invoice processing system used by many Greystar communities. Contact our supplier support team for additional information.

Goods and Services Limitations

Please note that some categories are not open to new vendors at this time. These include appliance sales and rentals, maintenance supplies, flooring, paint supplies, office supplies, waste services, pest control services, furniture rental services, fitness equipment, filtered water, data destruction, computer supplies, utility billing, resident and employee screening services, collections services, payroll services, copier sales and leasing, signage, and marketing store services.
International Suppliers

For consideration in Europe and Latin America, suppliers must have a “Green Flag” status with our compliance program in order to
provide goods and services to Greystar communities. Please review our new supplier packets for more information.
