Ideally situated, the student residence La Timone in Marseille is opposite the La Timone CHU (university hospital centre) and also right next to the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy and the CFBT, which makes it the perfect place to live. The neighbouring access to the La Timone metro and local shops are additional advantages. The residence, fully secure and under video surveillance, is made up of common areas equipped with designer furniture that include a patio, a cafeteria and a fitness room that students have full use of to relax. Several study rooms are also available for students to work alone or in groups. The residence offers studio flats from 17 to 24 m² and one-bedroom apartments from 27 to 34 m². The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a contemporary feel and provide a kitchen kit. Tenants have access to a covered carpark and a laundry for an additional fee. Hot and cold water costs are included in the rent. WiFi (fibre optic) in the accommodation and common areas is provided free of charge.
