Situated in the Berthelot-Mermoz area of the 8th arrondissement, a few minutes by tram from the IFSI Joseph Lepercq, the Ecole d'Infirmières, the Ecole ISEG and the Université Lumière, a few minutes by bus from the Croix Rousse Hospital Centre and the Faculty of Pharmacy and with direct access to the Lyon Part Dieu and Lyon Perrache train stations, the student residence Lee Berthelot in Lyon is an ideal place for students to live. Fully secure and under video surveillance, it is made up of common areas equipped with designer furniture that include a cafeteria, a relaxation room and a fitness room that students have full use of to relax. A study room is also available for students to work alone or in groups. The residence offers studio flats from 17 to 21 m² and one-bedroom apartments of 34 m². The apartments are fully furnished and equipped and provide a kitchen kit. Tenants have access to a carpark and a laundry for an additional fee. Water and electricity costs are included in the rent. WiFi (fibre optic) in the accommodation and common areas is provided free of charge. A reception is available to help students manage their day-to-day life within the residence and receive parcels.
