The student residence, Campus des Sciences de Grenoble, is a new fully secure residence. It benefits from common areas that include a private Japanese garden, a furnished terrace and a modern fitness room that students have full use of to relax. A study room is available for students to work alone or in groups. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a contemporary feel. The residence offers studio flats from 20 to 27 m² with terraces and also three-bedroom apartments of 82 m² intended to be shared by up to 3 people. On the outskirts of the Capital of the Alps, the Campus des Sciences is ideally situated and the public transport at the gates of the residence, including the Tram, offers many possibilities for travelling to the centre of Grenoble and the main higher education study locations. The first campuses are only 15 minutes away and the Grand Place shopping centre is a short walk away. Bicycles that can be used as needed are provided for tenants as well as a covered carpark and a laundry that can be used for a fee. Hot water, heating and electricity costs are included in the rent. A reception is available to help students manage their day-to-day life within the residence and receive parcels. Administration fees, high-speed internet access in the accommodation and common areas and bi-monthly cleaning are provided free of charge.
