OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen is a newly built student campus just outside the center of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The apartments span five buildings, and with 4,740 square meters of commercial space, this large-scale development has been completely repurposed for student living.
Built in line with the American campus model, it is one of its kind in the Netherlands and home to approximately 1,000 students. There are 939 self-contained rental apartments with private kitchens and en suite bathrooms, providing an ideal student home. On-site facilities include a medical centre, supermarket, five restaurants and cafes, ample sports facilities, and a hair salon. OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen will soon be expanding, with a scheduled development of 786 units for both students and young professionals.
It is geared towards student life and ideally located just 14 minutes from Amsterdam’s city center next to the Diemen Zuid train and metro station, which offers direct transport links to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Zuid, and Utrecht. There are also good bus connections to the campus and the A10 ring road, the A1 and the A9 are just 5 minutes away. The city centre of Amsterdam is 14 minutes by metro and 20 minutes by bike. And thanks to the campus’ excellent accessibility, students are able to reach the University in no time.
