BIOGRAPHY

Kyle Early is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management where he has responsibility for leading the firm’s loan origination efforts. His responsibilities include developing investment strategies as well leading the sourcing, structuring, and execution of investments.

Prior to joining Greystar, Kyle was a Senior Vice President at Vanbarton Group where he directed the firm’s Western US acquisitions and loan originations. Kyle was previously a Vice President at CIM Group where he led the start-up of the firm’s bridge and construction lending platform and had responsibility for leading originations as well as overseeing deal structuring and execution.

Kyle received his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
