Cliff Nash is a Senior Managing Director of Finance for Greystar Development and Construction Services, where he oversees the sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing of asset-level financing and equity joint ventures for the company’s US development projects. His team is also responsible for transaction risk mitigation and relationship management with the company’s debt providers.
Cliff joined Greystar in 2002, and during his tenure, he led the centralized finance function for the company’s development expansion into Mexico, the UK, and the Netherlands. Prior to joining Greystar, Cliff was an Analyst at Enron, where he focused on natural gas and electricity derivatives, as well as energy procurement transactions with Fortune 500 clients such as Eli Lilly and Starwood Hotels. He sits on Greystar’s Development Group Leadership Committee and North America Development and Construction Investment Committee, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Cliff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Texas A&M University.
