Can Build to Rent schemes create better communities?

As the build to rent sector continues to grow in London, it’s great to see more and more players enter the market, especially those who have years and years worth of experience from further afield. One such player is Greystar, who operate 400,000 homes across the student, private rented and senior living sectors, the vast majority of which are in the US and Canada.
