This week’s Charlotte Business Journal lists the area’s largest apartment management companies, ranked by number of local units managed.
Greystar Real Estate Partners is No. 1 on The List, managing nearly 11,500 units in the Charlotte region. Greystar is currently constructing Ascent Uptown, a 33-story apartment building in uptown Charlotte near BB&T BallPark and Romare Bearden Park. Gastonia’s Southwood Realty is in the No. 2 spot, with 7,091 units managed at 38 local properties.
