As Executive Managing Director, Andrew Livingstone is responsible for leading the Greystar Real Estate Services business group, which includes overseeing the operation of the Company's owned and managed portfolio's in the U.S. and abroad.
In addition to being responsible for Real Estate Operations, Andrew oversees many of the functional groups that support the operating business units, as well as the Greystar Advantage Services, which provide a host of services to our managed communities and residents. As a member of the Company's Executive Committee, Andrew has played a prominent role in establishing the long-term strategic direction of Greystar, and in helping to position the Company as a premier real estate services firm and a leader in the multi-family housing industry.
In 2007, Andrew was promoted to the Executive Committee and led the reorganization of Greystar's management division and support services. This was a multi-year process that helped position these divisions to support the tremendous growth experienced by the Company as it became the largest operator of apartment communities in the United States. Throughout this period, Andrew played key roles in the Company's growth, leading the integration efforts following the Greystar acquisition of the JPI Property Management Company in 2009, and the Archon and Glacier portfolios in 2010. Most recently, Andrew has overseen the integration of Riverstone Residential Group following the May 2014 acquisition, which has nearly doubled the size of the Greystar presence in the United States. Lastly, Andrew has recently led the establishment of Greystar real estate operations in both the U.K. and Mexico to support the Company's growing international portfolio.
Before becoming Executive Managing Director, Andrew held several other leadership positions within Greystar, including Executive Director and Southeast Regional Partner. Andrew is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned a degree in Accounting. In addition to being a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is a Certified Apartment Manager, and holds a Florida Real Estate license. He is a frequent speaker at industry-related events and meetings. Andrew and his family reside in Tampa, Florida.
Terry Danner oversees Greystar’s U.S. real estate operations and the national client services platform. In this role, he is responsible for overall property performance of more than 1,600 properties in nine divisions nationwide. He maintains an office in Dallas, and travels extensively throughout the company’s portfolio of managed properties and regional offices. Terry holds expertise that is instrumental in guiding the company’s overall strategic direction, and in ensuring that Greystar remains at the forefront of practices designed to meet client goals and maximize asset performance.
Terry has worked in the property management industry since 1989. Prior to his role at Greystar, he established Riverstone Residential Group in 2006 and served as its president and later CEO. He formerly served as chief operating officer at Trammell Crow Residential Services. In addition, he previously occupied the roles of regional manager and vice president at Summit Properties.
Terry currently serves as a member of the NAA/National Multi-Housing Council joint legislative committee. He graduated from Georgia Tech with high honors, earning a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He also holds a master of business administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Stacy is an Executive Director and is responsible for national client relations and new business pursuits for Greystar's Management Company. He is a leader of the Management Company Executive Committee and serves on the Operating Committee for Greystar Real Estate Partners.
Stacy helped build the firm's management portfolio through the opening of regional offices in Arizona, Florida and additional offices in Texas. Prior to joining Greystar's predecessor Greystone in 1982, he served as First Vice President of United Savings Association of Texas. He received a BA in Finance from the University of Texas. During his tenure with Greystar, Stacy has served our industry in numerous leadership capabilities - President of the Houston Apartment Association, President of the Texas Apartment Association, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Kevin Sheehan oversees a Greystar portfolio in the Northeast. His role includes overseeing property operations, third-party business development, client relationships, and assisting the Greystar investment and development platform in expanding throughout the region. Active in the multifamily industry since 1987, his expertise includes the management of portfolios and teams across wide geographic areas, as well as various asset types, including high-rise, garden, urban, suburban, lease-up, and renovated/re-positioned. Prior to joining Greystar in 2010, Kevin was president of property operations for Bainbridge, an East Coast owner, developer, and manager of apartments located in Florida and the mid-Atlantic. Before that, he was a senior vice president with Bozzuto, overseeing 12,000 units in the Washington, D.C., Metro area, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.

As Managing Director of Greystar's Southeast region, Lisa is responsible for leading real estate operations for a portfolio of 30,000 units in NC, SC, GA, AL and TN. Lisa has over 20 years of successful property management and business development experience including an extensive background in portfolio management, property operations, and strategic positioning of conventional assets. Lisa's expertise includes new constructions, lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, repositions and financially and physically stressed assets. Prior to joining Greystar in 2005, she held regional positions at Summit Properties (REIT) and Trammell Crow Residential Services. Lisa graduated from the American Business & Fashion Institute (The Art Institute of Charlotte). She is a CPM® through the Institute of Real Estate Management, holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license and is a CAM and CAPS designate through the National Apartment Association. Lisa actively serves on the Apartment Association of North Carolina Board of Directors, as well as the National Apartment Association Budget & Finance Committee. Lisa previously served on the Historic South End Board of Directors and currently serves as Immediate Past President on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board of Directors.

Gary is Greystar’s East Operating Partner responsible for new business development and property management services. Prior to joining Greystar in October 2001, Gary was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company for 13 years where he held numerous leadership roles. Most recently, Gary was responsible for all institutional services for Trammell Crow Company throughout the State of Florida for investment sales, property management and project leasing. Gary's real estate portfolio in Florida consisted of 35 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and corporate facilities in the six major metropolitan markets. The institutional service business generated in excess of $22 million in gross revenues with the support of 197 real estate professionals. Prior to holding this position, Gary was responsible for overseeing Trammell Crow Company’s South Florida services business, which enjoyed a minimum of 30% growth in portfolio size and net revenues. Gary joined Trammell Crow Company in 1989 as a senior property manager after spending three years as a multi-family property manager in South Florida for a local services firm. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. Gary is a past President of BOMA of South Florida and holds a RPA designation, a member of NAIOP and a Florida Real Estate Broker.

Toni Reeves has been with Greystar for 16 years. She began her career as a Leasing Professional and rose through the ranks to her current position as Senior Managing Director of Real Estate. Toni currently supervises the Central North Region for Greystar Real Estate Partners. The Central North encompasses Dallas, Student Living as well as the Midwest. A valuable liaison with ownerships, Toni provides expertise to assist in value-add strategies, property dispositions, pre-development design services, maximization of NOI marketing and overall operational strategies.

As Senior Managing Director of the Central South Division, Mack oversees a portfolio of 44,000 units located throughout the Houston area, as well as Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior to joining Greystar, Mack held the position of Vice President of Operations with Greystone Asset Management. He also served as a Financial Management Officer in the United States Air Force where he was responsible for the administration of a $100M operating budget. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mack currently serves as the Immediate Past President and Board Member of the Houston Apartment Association and is a delegate for the Texas Apartment Association. During his 12-year tenure with Greystar, Mack has worked on all facets of operations, including pre-development of new construction, repositions and value add positioning of various asset types.

Experienced since 1988, Ms. Bogardus is a proven leader in the multi-family industry. A fifteen plus year tenured Greystar employee, she is the City Leader of Greystar’s Austin and San Antonio operations. Her responsibilities include evaluating asset performance, investment and development analysis including proforma budgets, due diligence overview, property inspections, analysis of financial statements and vendor/contract negotiations. Ms. Bogardus has extensive luxury, high-rise experience from her time in New York City and other Northeast markets such as D.C. and Boston as well as fifteen plus years in Central Texas. Ms. Bogardus attended both The University of Texas at Austin and Texas State University, graduating with a BBA from Texas State in San Marcos, Texas and is a Certified Project Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She recently served on the Austin Apartment Association Board of Directors and currently serves as a committee chair for the local IREM Chapter.
Jeffrey Kushen is managing director of real estate for the Greystar Midwest Division. He has strong capital markets experience in acquisition, disposition, and financing, and possesses broad-based experience in leasing, asset, property, and portfolio management and development of commercial and multifamily real estate. He also holds in-depth expertise in financial analysis, underwriting and valuation, strategic planning, and implementation. Jeffrey has been active in the real estate industry since 1984. Previously, he served as president at Orion Residential, and held asset management and portfolio management leadership roles at Freestone Realty Advisors, Laramar Group, and Heitman Capital Management, among other firms. Jeffrey holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mike Clow is the Senior Managing Director of Real Estate Operations for Greystar’s Western Region. Prior to joining Greystar, Mike spent six years with Grey Development Group (GDG) as senior vice president where he managed the GDG affiliate, Gray Clow Residential LLC.
In this capacity, Mike was the designated broker and certified property manager responsible for the management and dispositions of 9,000-units. Additionally, he was responsible for the lease-up and sale of 16 GDG communities with sales totals in excess of $475 million. Before his tenure with GDG, Mike was division vice president of BRE Properties.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State. Currently Mike is the Region VII Vice President for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and board member for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association (AMA Property Managers, Marketing Division, Training Development and Rehab Division.

Tom Daniels ensures that Greystar’s asset management strategies meet clients' operational, occupancy, and revenue performance goals at more than 300 communities in the Northwest. He began his multifamily career in 1992 as a property manager, and has since accrued expertise in a variety of markets throughout the West Coast. Prior to joining Greystar, Tom served as division president for the Northwest division at Riverstone Residential Group. Previously, he was responsible for portfolio operations for both Holland Residential and Trammell Crow Residential Services in the Pacific Northwest.
A board member for the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, Tom was also chairperson of its strategic planning committee. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in business administration and holds a broker’s license in the state of Washington.

Jackie Rhone is currently serving as a Senior Managing Director of Real Estate and oversees the management operations for Greystar’s Europe Division and assets owned by Greystar in the U.S. Since joining Greystar in 2001, Jackie has sustained and expanded her experience in evaluating asset performance, investment analysis, new construction development, due diligence overview, property inspections, analysis of financial statements and vendor/contract negotiations.
Prior to joining Greystar, Jackie was Director of Asset Management for Concierge Asset Management with properties in the Houston, Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Tampa, Denver and Seattle markets. Ms. Rhone is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds both the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Jackie is a Board Member of the Houston Apartment Association and serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee and additionally serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Apartment Association, serving her second term as the President of the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation. Jackie has more than 25 years of experience in managing multifamily properties. Jackie resides in Houston with her family.

Prior to joining Greystar, Debbie was Vice President and Director of Asset Management for The Hudson Group with properties in the Houston, Dallas, Memphis, and Tampa markets. As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Debbie is the qualifying executive Certified Property Manager® (CPM) registered with the Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) thus she has pledged to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity. Debbie has more than 20 years of experience in managing multifamily properties.
