As Chief Financial Officer of the Management Division at Greystar, Scott Cook has more than 14 years of Multifamily real estate experience. Scott has worked in senior management positions with Koll, Insignia, Aimco and Greystar. Prior to taking a senior position within the management company, Scott held positions as controller over the Investment, Development and Management divisions of Greystar. He holds a bachelor‘s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

As a Certified Public Accountant who earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting in 1987 from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance in 1993 from University of Houston, Edward Fletcher joined Greystar as Property Controller in August 2000. Mr. Fletcher‘s initial responsibilities at Greystar included direct oversight of the property accounting function for over 34,000 multi-family units and the associated personnel within property accounting. In 2001, Mr. Fletcher oversaw the decentralization of the Property Accounting function and assumed responsibility for all accounting/finance within the South Region — property management, development, and corporate. He is now the Chief Accounting Officer for the entire management operation which is now over 200,000 units.

His career path began in public accounting when upon graduation in 1987 he joined Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells as a staff accountant. While with Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, Mr. Fletcher served a diverse client base including entities active in real estate, oil & gas, and government. In 1997, Mr. Fletcher was with Cushman & Wakefield, from 1994 to 1997, Mr. Fletcher was in the Homebuilding Industry. In 1988, Mr. Fletcher was hired by American General Corporation as an internal auditor.
