Ryan Terrell is a managing director in the Greystar Client Services group, and is responsible for growing the company's presence in the Central South division by working with major regional and institutional clients to expand third-party service assignments, as well as identifying off-market acquisition and development opportunities. His role also involves tracking changing market conditions, transactions, cap rate and price trends, various financing options, and available product, as well as new management technologies. He utilizes internal resources and historical experience to advise the company's institutional and private clients as it pertains to potential acquisitions, potential disposition scenarios, and anticipated pricing, as well as operations items and current marketing trends. Ryan has been active in the multifamily industry since 2003, and came to Greystar in 2009, after six years with Hendricks and Partners' Houston office, where he was involved with the sale of more than $ 1.5 billion worth of multifamily assets ranging in quality from Class A "core" product to REO sales. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and holds an active Texas real estate license.
