Clifton Tidwell is a director of Client Services for Greystar, and oversees client services and new business development for Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma. He maintains and manages relationships with existing clients by ensuring ongoing client communication, soliciting client satisfaction feedback, and addressing and resolving client concerns. Clifton executes new business development strategy by monitoring and analyzing market information and trends for opportunities, preparing detailed reports for current and prospective clients, and making recommendations on future opportunities and relationships within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He began his career in real estate with Greystar in 2010 as a part-time leasing agent. A native of Dallas, Clifton is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM), and graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of North Texas.
