Wes Fuller is the Executive Director of Investments. He is responsible for the investment management business of the company which focuses on the acquisition of rental apartments nationwide through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients. Wes is responsible for fund management, investment strategy, capital relationships and acquisition and disposition activities. In addition, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the investment team and owned assets. Wes is also a member of Greystar’s Executive Committee, the governing body of the company.

Wes received his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also holds a degree in Biology from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Wes is a member of PREA, NMHC, ULI’s Multifamily Blue Council and ULI’s SC Coastal Executive Committee. He is also a board member of Crisis Ministries, Operation Home, and Wings For Kids, all Charleston, SC based non-profit organizations.

Josh Carper is the Director of Finance for Greystar Investment Group. Josh is responsible for the oversight of the financial reporting and management of the Company’s portfolio assets, as well as the formation and negotiation of all transaction related documentation. Additionally, Josh is jointly responsible for the strategic planning of the Investment Group through the implementation of operating standards, underwriting procedures and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2003, Josh was with KPMG, LLP where he worked as a public accountant in the auditing division. While at KPMG, LLP, clients included firms in the financial services, non-profit, and real estate sectors.

Josh received a degree in Professional Accounting from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina. Josh is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Hafner is responsible for leading Greystar’s investments, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management in the Eastern United States. During his tenure with Greystar, Mark has led the acquisition of over $1 Billion of multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Greystar, Mark was a Vaccine Specialist with Merck & Co. He was previously employed by Clearchannel Communications and its predecessor company, Jacor Communications.

Mark received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from The State University of New York at Oswego. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Mr. Kaberna is responsible for leading Greystar’s investments, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management in the Western and Central United States.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Mr. Kaberna was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory Group.

Mr. Kaberna is a graduate of the University of South Dakota (B.S.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accountancy), where he graduated with highest honors, and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.). He is an active member of Urban Land Institute and National Multifamily Housing Council. He also holds his CPA license in the state of New York.

Elise Warfield is the Transaction Manager for Greystar Investment Group. She facilitates and coordinates information flow, due diligence, and processes for all Greystar Investment Group acquisitions and dispositions.

Elise joined Greystar in 2004 as an analyst focusing on asset management, internal/ external reporting and Corporate Investment Committee processes.

An alumna of the University of Virginia, Elise has a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in American Politics; Graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Chris Riley currently serves as Greystar’s National Director of Asset Management responsible for a $1.5 billion dollar portfolio consisting of multi-family assets across the country. Chris previously served as Greystar’s Regional Vice President responsible for multi-family operations in throughout the Southeast, primarily serving Georgia.

Before opening Greystar’s Atlanta office, Chris was responsible for multi-family acquisitions for the Southeast Region. Prior to joining the Southeast Region, Chris worked at Greystar’s corporate headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina. While there his responsibilities included asset management, operating company oversight, strategic initiatives, and internal / external reporting to debt and equity providers. Prior to joining Greystar, Chris was employed by the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of SunTrust Bank in Atlanta. Previous to joining SunTrust, Chris worked in an analytical and sales capacity for Bank of America in the Real Estate Finance Group, financing regional and national homebuilders and commercial developers.

Chris graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, with a Business Administration degree in both finance and management. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Chris is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, a member of Urban Land Institute, and REIAC.

Darin Cook is a Senior Asset Manager with the Greystar Development Group assets.

With 20 years of multi-family asset management experience, Darin has previously worked with GE Capital, Archon Group, JPI and the Trammell Crow Company.

Darin received his B.B.A. in management from Abilene Christian University.

Jennifer Cpbb is an Asset Manager at Greystar. Jennifer's portfolio includes special assets in Colorado, Missouri, South Carolina, North Carolina and Washington DC. She also manages lease up developments for Greystar Development Group. Previously, Jennifer was a development director with Greystar Development Group.

Prior to Greystar Jennifer was a Development Associate with Gart Partners.

Jennifer has her BSBA and MSRECM both from the University of Denver. Jennifer holds her real estate sales license in Colorado.

Laird Sparks is an Asset Manager with the Greystar Investment Group. In the last 10 years with Greystar he has been closely involved in all aspects of third party property management, development, renovation, acquisitions, refinance and dispositions.

Laird received a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Economics from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed salesperson of the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of Urban Land Institute.

Chris MacNaughton is an Asset Manager with the Greystar Investment Group. His portfolio includes the Investment Group's East Coast properties including Florida, North Carolina, New Orleans, and Washington, DC.

Prior to coming to Greystar, Chris worked as director of land for Pulte Homes - PHC, a public home building company.

Chris received his M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and received his B.A. at Washington & Lee University.

Ashley Heggie is an Asset Manager with Greystar Investment Group.

Prior to joining Greystar Investment Group Ashley was an Assistant Project Manager with Hines Interests, LP.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Bradley Johnson is an Asset Manager with the Greystar Development & Investment Group. Bradley's portfolio includes Greystar’s West Coast multifamily and hospitality assets, in addition to the multifamily assets in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to Greystar, Bradley was a Global Account Director for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in New York City.

Bradley received his B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University.

Doug Brown is the Director for Greystar Capital Projects Group. He is responsible for all due diligence and renovation activities. Doug is involved in over 20 projects in California, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida with budgets totaling over $80 million.

Doug came to the Greystar from Hearthstone Assisted Living where, as Vice President of Development, he developed 40 assisted living communities nationwide.

Prior to Hearthstone he spent six years with Camden Property Trust where he was actively involved in acquisition, renovation, and new development.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A & M University and has thirty years of experience in the development and construction business nationwide.
