Implementation of government regulated safety
programs:
Greystar not only complies with the OSHA standards which
explicitly requires an employer to train team members in the safety and health
aspects of their job Section 5(a)(2) but Greystar also goes a step above by
providing weekly safety topic discussions, monthly safety newsletters, and
periodically discussing any noticeable trends.
